Hi Richard,
Street photography is all about capturing the 'decisive moment' and you certainly captured it with this image. I am seeing the heavy rainstorm, the wind and the struggle between man, his umbrella and the elements. The look on the man's face say's it all.
I like the similarity between the man's umbrella and the umbrella in the background.

Hi Bill,
A very sharp and colourful image, I like the way that you captured the Open come in sign, It also welcome's you into the image, perhaps a few steps to the right would have brought the other sign into view.
Although there are lots going on outside, the signs and arrow are asking me to 'come in' , but I find that the main shop entrance is a bit too dark. Perhaps a slight increase in the exposure in this area, just enough that I can see the stand and it's contents?
