Hi Bill, thanks for the explanation of the PSA requirement for deletions and additions with respect to street images, this means that I can improve the original image which will improve my chances of acceptances in International Salons.
Thank you also for your kind comment with regard to this image.....colin |

a great capture of a busy street and it's colour.
Perhaps moving closer, crossing the road, with your lens set at it's wider of 18mm would have captured the Apple sign, the market stall below and the crowd to the right removing the empty space to the left. |

Hello and welcome Hema, a beautiful image taking advantage of the dusty conditions produced by the buffaloes.
Love the way that the composition of the image leads from strong light, following the animals into a more darker area. A great capture. |

You captured the ladies emotion so well which is the decisive moment. I also think that the head at the front is distracting and has been greatly improved by Hattie's cropped image.
I like the addition of the two people in the left side background which adds to the interest of the image. Well captured image Rich. |

Hi Hattie, Thank you so much for your comment, I totally agree with you that the post in front of the runner is distracting but I tend to show images as I usually do as a street photographer and what PSA require for their International Salons that images should not be altered other than cropping. So glad that you like the story based on the title, I tend to only take images that 'tell a story'.
Thank's again Hattie.....colin |

Hi Hattie, with reference to Richard's comment with regard to the whole building, I notice that the sign to the right/ top and the menu title has the incomplete words of 'Sun ... . Perhaps by stepping to the right would have included these word or words so that you would have had a connection to the reflection in the top window?
Sharp, good contrast and interesting image. |

A very colourful image Beverly, using a zoom lens at 100mm limits your area of the subject's background, perhaps a wide angle lens and being closer to the subject would have introduced the person dressed in blue to the left of the post more fully with both people looking in opposite directions giving added interest to the image. I think I would have left the white sign on the post. A well captured candid image with wonderful colours

Well captured Bill, like the similarity of the red and white coloured ladies top and the H&M shopping bag. The sale sign and the empty clothes line adds to the story.
The composition is spot - on with the lady entering the frame. |
