actually for photography rules you are right and photo must rotate to right , but in Arabian horse Photoghraphy to show the beauty of it we bay attention only for horse it self and the position of it , cause Arabian horses have short front legs we must make it straight to let the back looks at 0 degree horizontal , if you notice when rotate photo the back of horse looks high and this is in horse Beauty consider as fault , so most important is showing the horse in perfect position as I say .
