all your notes come to my mind and already I take may be more than 15 deferent composition for this photo , I can't go forward cause this the only way to beach and a lot of people going and the path is very tight as you see , also if I go to far forward and make chairs as foreground all people come in the photo and this against there privacy , you know in our Arabian world photos for people not most welcome , that's why I avoid any recognized people in my photos .

thanks mr buckely , to be honest I did not want this border and won't it , all story I am not good in resize photos to be suitable for site requirments as they need it in 1 MB only , so this border happened with me , now I make new copy with 1 MB but it is without border , I attached it in mail and hope our admin can replace it

hi guys as brenda said may be there is some technical issues to submit my photo
at all I will share it here all details
this is the first photo I took in my travel to Tunisia , and just arrived to my hotel I took my gear and go directly to hotel beach to get some photos, I did not use any filter in this photo , and here is the EXIF :
