hi Joan , I am from group78 , I like your photo and its colors , but I asked you why you cropped it like that , in my opinion you lost the effect of 3D in original one which have foreground , middle ground and back ground , water and sky give your photo more reach and idea about the environment for this horses .
it just my opinion I like to share with you.

actually I like to give all environment details for the photo : black sand in land , old and dray planet in lower left corner and keep the perspective to show time changes in wall from down which appear only the stone it self to up with old texture

actually since it is very old village and it is a heritage building I did not make any edit for the building and I think this protrusion gives the effect of historical building so I did not made any change for it

may be you not taste weather here in Qatar which during the day heat reach 55C and sun is very shining , may be in my photo you feel that cause light focused in wall , can you check another photos which I attached for same session you will feel the real light during the session . |

very glade to hear like that from you
for the light the main purpose for our workshop was light painting so we use long exposure to have enough light in this photo I am not replace any elemnts from it also not add any one only adjust the light , contrast , clarity all in light room cause I do not know well in photoshop
I send for you 2 oreginal photos without any edit just transfer from raw to jpeg to be small and can send |

nice work dear alan , I like it , I think if you use smaller aperture 13 or higher you will get a lot of more details , keep good working |
