I'm with both Sandra and Marie on this one. It's a wonderful creation and perfect for our current situation! Would some very, very slight feathering help on the oil? Great impact and as usual, you've had a whale of a time coming up with this. Thanks for sharing your technique! Oh to have such patience and creativity! |

Lovely Sandra! Great colours and a nice composition, although I think the long branches heading to the top of the page could be cloned out. I think they detract and the leaves and flowers can quite easily sit by themselves. The back right yellowish leaf doesn't add to the composition and could possibly be removed too as it's not needed for balance in the composition and the burnt areas are slightly distracting. The open flower is nice and sharp. Well seen. Actually, I think the branches, had they been a little more in focus, could have added to the composition as long as the one on the right didn't head out of the frame. |

Beautiful Judith. The colour palette is delicious. I wonder if it needs the long green stem....I rather like the gentle curve from just below the two little leaves. You've lost a little detail in your experimenting and there is some noise there too. I don't think it detracts, but you could try Topaz's denoise app. It does an amazing job. On second thoughts, it may sharpen it a little though, so perhaps leave as is. I really like the effect you've achieved. |

I find the over exposed area and the gunk bottom left, distracting and it really just looks like a hair on a messy surface for no rhyme or reason. But May, that's me, as you know. Others will possibly react differently. |
