Hi Susan...yes, definitely a black and white and love the idea of blur appropriate to the subject. Well seen and captured. Terrific image. If there is any criticism to be made, I think it would be re the arms as they are at odd angles. To make the figure more ethereal, I wonder if toning them down/cloning in a better angle would work and perhaps slightly lighten the area behind the subject to provide a little separation. It might accentuate the ghostly effect a little also?? Just a thought. Val |

Hi Karl...Certainly chaotic! And it IS a little uneasy, particularly looking into the "mouth". I wonder if you have kept the dark in the top right corner for any reason? I do find my eye drawn to it and the interesting little spray. I can't make my mind up on this one. I do like the overall effect and the power of the wave. Val |

Interesting image! A great fantasy abstract so wonder if it would be possible to remove the red lines or desaturate them as they are a little distracting and detract from the magical element. Amazing what you can find out a window and wonderful the help that rain often is, in making an image special. |
