You are correct about my unequal post choice

I stood in the center to take the shot for a reason then I ignored that symmetry issue in post

Good feedback

Nice work killing off a boring scene. Your version spawned several others courtesy of Adrian and Michael both of which are credible.

Food for thought for you. Consider burning the structure some consistent with serious storm you created in the background.

You caught Denis in a predicament with Toro. Do I stay the course or zig zag? Wonderful action including the dust kicked up by Toro's hoves.

I like the focused feel of your final version.

Top marks for your vision here

Here is another way to deal with your magical image. I flipped horizontally so you "ride" the stem into the frame, cropped it so the big droplet is on a rule of thirds intersection, removed the other partial plant that is now in the lower left and I added a tilted linear gradient above the big droplet and reduced the highlights to fade that portion of the frame.

Artwork vision on the "fly" carried into the digital darkroom and shared with us.

I love this shot in the rain too. I would donate a vital organ to have a chance to photograph it....

Food for thought. I dropped the overall exposure by 1/2 a stop to get the night mood going. I also dropped the highlights a bit - the light at the end of the alleyway is bit bright

I like your composition. You have three nice features to work off of in post. The hanging vine on the left, the stump in the foreground and if course the the statue.

In LR i dropped the overall exposure by .45, I brushed the stump and burned so it was not so pronounced, I added a radial gradient centered at the opening in the top right and aimed it at the vine and dodged it so it was a light shaft, I added a second radial gradient centered on the goddess and aimed it the upper right corner and dodged it as well

Nice wide shot of the bison farm. Wonderful vantage point

I like the dark grass edge at the lower frame edge. You might consider burning the field just a touch your eye goes to that open space immediately and then the rest of your frame. Also you could you could use the LR brush on the lightest cloud edges and Dodge them to just to add interest top side

I like your composition

I offer a slightly altered version that adds more shadow to the foreground to force your eye to the rider in the background. I set the black point and move the whites to the right on the histogram, added some clarity and dehaze.

66 Nov 25 Comment Henry,

I was clueless when I looked at your image and then I read your text and the lights came on.

The texture, shadows of the terrain are embellished by IR. You can envision some sort of striped flag/pennant in the lower middle third of your image that breaks up the contours there.

Kudos to you for not wasting an elevated site for picture taking.

I like your camera location in this shot. The pathway brings into the frame as do the trees. You then catch the building facade then moving up to the pleasing sky.

Well done

As Paulie would like to "say" Top Marks to you

Great shot and I understand why the so little editing was needed here - you nailed it in camera.

I love the waiter's expression here.

I hope you stopped in for a rehydrating beverage considering the Miami heat
