Your shot made me think about the classic BW horor movies...
I had to play with your image just a bit. I wanted the darken the left side just a bit more so there was more contrast with the sun side.

Thanks for sharing the backstory of the O'Brian.
I like your composition it gives us a sense of work space of the folks charting out the missions.
I thought I would try a version in which the outside light illuminates the charts and the space is a little darker.

Adrian,
My thought is a square crop would bring out your subject better in this scene. I recognize you dodged the pad the frog is on and those ahead of him to create the highway but I took me awhile to locate him initially

Michael,
The pose of this Mute swan makes your shot (its neck must be double jointed). White is never easy to get the details/texture to come through but you did here.
I like the simplicity and peacefulness of your "Swan" Well done

Mark,
Amazing shot. On one side you have the hustle and bustle of passengers, blurred in their rush to go or board the Metro. On the other side the car and engineer wait in perfect clarity. I applaud you for experimenting with shutter speed and the effort you put into rendering this shot. It paid off in spades.

Henry,
Wonderful view of Monument Valley.
I offer a slight mod to you. I used the NIK detail extractor in Color Efex to bring out some of the details in the midground and then I reduced the exposure just a smidge -.25.

Charles,
I like your early morning shot of the center lane to the Temple of Heaven. People are still getting ready for day and are not yet out.
I offer a slight twist of your submission. I removed the object to the immediate left in the foreground since its twin was absent to the right. I darkened the lane and worked to increase its texture in the foreground, I darkened the foliage in the foreground and lightened the foliage in the background above the lane. My thought was to use the wet lane's texture as foreground interest and then rely on the light foliage to draw the eye into your composition.

Gary,
Glamor does equate to having a Vegas showgirl by your Chevy...
My thought is to darken the car and the model just a touch to create separation from the background (i.e. her feathers are almost the same tone)

Jack,
I love your camera position here, the five statues are all discernible and separate from the Temple.
A different look compared to your images you posted here previously.

Arik,
Perfect composition with your Fisheye lens. I have one as well and it is not easy to get a pleasing result.
The "curved" trunks frame your runner nicely and the lighter background foliage draws your eye into your scene. It is a pleasing shot to my eye

Melanie,
I like your vision here. Your subject is new and unfolding. The mature leaves in the background provide depth and context to your composition.
Well done
