Wonderful water flow the day you shot Jackson Falls. The cool about photographing falling water is varying exposure, do you shoot fairly fast or add an ND filter go longer and get a cotton texture? This is an artist choice in my view and I like your artful eye of this Falls Bob

Your Potter Cove image conveys the barren, cold, snow covered terrain of King George island. A wonderful place to photograph but maybe just a bit dicey for habitation.
Thanks for sharing

Mark,
Thanks for sharing a thought provoking scene from your travels to exotic locales. As I ponder the stairs built between the gap in the rocks, I wonder what does it connect etc?
Your processing achieves your vision of bringing the viewers eye into the scene, and then the feeling I get of the narrow passageway as it goes further into the background, can todays humans get through it?
Well done

I think this is first image by anyone in our group taken with a film camera. (Pete any thoughts?) I say go for it, it brings us back in time when Photoshop, Lightroom and AI were not the tools of choice, the camera and the darkroom were. I would think it forces much greater disciple when shooting vice digital photography that can result in shoot and pray for good results.
It took me awhile to catch on to your film capture, I start with the image and then read the accompanying text so then I have to switch gears to a film shoot and what it entails. I like the grain, the aspect you choose due to the people, and the the scene.
Something a little different from you this month and I encourage it.

I feel this is one of best images that you have posted to our group. The human aspect coupled with such a historic church is perfection in my view. Your patience was well rewarded
All the best
