A path that I went down was to capitalize on the light direction striking the elephant and leave the shadows in the shadows. I started from your raw file.

If you are referring to the small bush just to the right of the trunk - I agree it should go
Thanks for feedback

Nice work. The bridge leads me right into your composition perfectly. Nice contrast and the blue tone works for me.

I like the setting you captured with a the couple angles perfectly looking out at the mid-ground, the pathways, and the rows of foliage etc. The sky bothers me, I know it is contrast to the light grass, but I think it would work better if you lighten the clouds so the transition is not so stark.

Love the composition, the shop is out of place but that's what makes it so interesting. A thought I have is to lighten the walkway just a touch to lead us into the scene.

Love the scene and the long exposure clouds are icing on the cake. Very Nice work

You must have felt a huge sense of accomplishment to be able to photograph an elephant it its kingdom, something I will never do. All of us would like a touch more definition of the this big subject, but you do what you can with the conditions at hand to get the shot. No time to adjust it happens too fast,
Thanks for sharing

Good catch. I did not catch the fact that an early crop clipped the sculpture. I had started on this image last year but wasn't happy with how it looked so it sat. I picked it up again with the virus shut down and achieved what I wanted. Now I need to fix it again
