Cool image, at first I thought it was two pieces of wood. The metal and wood textures compliment each other very well. I think Toms black treatment of the background works well. I would be interested in seeing a shot of the cut rail pulled more to the front, throwing the wood a little soft and maybe making the rail the primary focal point. |

Nice of the bee to drop in on your session. Yeah, a little soft but a different composition for IR. I would encourage you to see if you can capture more insects with IR. |

Mary, glad you are on the mend. Sounds like a really tough battle, your strong, positive outlook is commendable. I think the image is representative of your ordeal. If I'm seeing it right, looks like one bottle is full, and the other is almost empty, good analogy. |

Great image and perfect for this season. Nice DOF for a iPhone and the 1x1 format works well. Image looks well balanced to me but taking Jessica's comment to point, maybe increasing the white slider a little (without blowing out the highlights) might give a slight contrast boost . |

I luv sunflower shots and this one is well done. I like your off-center approach, not only does it create stronger interest but filling that right, bottom corner with yellow is very pleasing. |

I know what you mean; I have the best luck in early mornings/late afternoon when the sun is low. Thanks |
