Nice image Tom. I like the contrasting textures with wood, stone and metal. The diagonal tilt of the shutter dog is perfect for leading the viewer into the image. I like Cindy's idea of brighting up the 'dog'. Well done. |

Good artistic approach to save this image. I like the high key approach and the added colors to the key subjects. I agree with Stuart that the open space on the left side is a bite distracting. |

Good detail and focus for this early Spring bloomer. Interesting composite with flipping the flower and stem/leaves. I agree with Cindy, make the purple background darker to keep the viewer interest on the flower. |

Really interesting, as chuck mentioned, more setup detail would be great. Working with lasers in definitely a powerful lighting companion. Were these lights on steady, continuously? Don't really understand what's going on but it's fun to look at. |

Very nice capture Cindy. The square format works well for this image and I like that you left some of the soft green background to depth and interest. Getting that bug to pose for you was a great touch.... <;-) |

Beautiful bloom Jessica. I like the color and the backlighting does help bring out some depth. Yes, that bright background is distracting, maybe you can blend in a new background with layers and Blend Modes. |
