A crop like this on the original would probably bring out nice texture difference between the wood, iron and brass. |

Interesting, creative shot. Did you use actual UV light or was it a Neo filter? Maybe flipping the image so the Coors text is not backwards would increase viewer interest. I like that ethereal blue glow. |

Wow, what a unique machine. Never seen one like it. Guess it's a hand-crank? Would have liked to see a closer look at some of the details. The contrast between the wood and metal would be a good study. |

Interesting little creature. The blue back ground sets if off nicely. Wish you had a little more DOF. I agree with Cindy's crop, really brings the viewers eye right to your subject. |

Very nice image, Cindy. Luv the contrast between the rusty metal and wood. Well balanced, doesn't need any more. Well, maybe to nit pick, straighten vertically a little. |

Nice image, Carol. Your use of selective focus is great. You are mastering that soft focus technique. Ann Belmont, out of Chicago is another wonderful flower photographer and an avid user of Lens Baby lens. Every time I try 'selective focus' it just looks like I've screwed up the focus on all my shots..... haha. |
