Interesting structure with some nice lines, too bad you couldn't have gotten closer. I see by you image #2 that there was a nice flock of birds, would be nice have that flock fill in some of that blue sky. But I gotta say, this is not what I would consider a Close Up photo. |

Turned out pretty good for such a high ISO. I agree that the white tub is distracting but cropping it out may increase you noise issues and some loss of sharpening. Your doing some nice post-processing, so maybe you can layer in some colored texture to cover up the white. |

Nice portrait; Hank is a winner but typical young cat, can't stay still for too long. Nice sharp image, and as Cindy says the eyes capture you, It's always easy to get a cats eyes exposed correctly. Nice frame, will be a family favorite for years, no doubt. |

Beautiful image and composition. I like the slightly off-center placement which gives those leaves room to breathe and allows them to cuddle that bloom. Nice color and very sharp; those white petals really help bring the viewer into the yellow center. |

Thanks for the comments, I was worried about cutting off some keys when I cropped. I do want to reshoot the these keys; maybe outside in natural light. |

Nice image Carol. Well done for hand holding in a tough situation. His eye is sharp and that is his strongest feature. The diagonal line running from upper left to lower right follows his backside making for a strong composition. |
