So you went hiking, and were somewhere 7,000+ feet above sea level. Fun
Nice detail, and sharp considering the 1/6 of second shutter speed; you have a steady hand. I agree, a package like Luminar AI does most of the heavy lifting. |

As mention already, great colors, a good mix. That triangle of purple helps hold the viewer to the center, and may somewhat be responsible for that appeal that Andrew mentions. I do agree that the painterly effect may be little to strong; maybe brushing some out from the middle of each major bloom would add some depth. |

Wow, Beautiful image Cindy - frame worthy for sure. It's great you had the opportunity to get him looking at you (or through you). Those feathers in the face are nice and sharp. If I had to nitpick, I would wonder how a little more DOF, say at f8, could brought in even more of those great feathers. Well done ! |

Nice shot Jessica, esp. for phone pic. Great detail in the fur including all shades of gray. As Andrew noted; dogs are good models. |

Thanks Cindy, I see what you mean. This might be a good time for me to experiment with a curves adjustment. |
