78 Feb 25 Reply The new post, with a tight crop of just the bird, feels like any other ordinary bird photo. Your original post was much stronger-it had something special that sparked discussions and diverse opinions. While there are countless single-bird photos out there, your original composition stood out. I'd simply make it square while keeping the bird and the tree branch, as previously suggested. Feb 23rd
78 Feb 25 Reply What you originally posted is great and doesn't need any correction. If you want to make any changes, consider cropping slightly to achieve a perfect square. Your composition is excellent-it creates a triangle within the square frame, keeping the viewer's focus contained. Remember Hasselblad? Famous for its square format, this image has that same classic composition. I'd keep it square. Feb 16th
78 Feb 25 Reply Created two layers: First, used the Quick Selection tool to isolate "The boat with occupants" and created another layer for the remaining area (see attached screenshot).
Both layers were adjusted for density, contrast, and saturation to achieve the desired result.
For the area behind the tree on the right side, used the Spot Healing Brush Tool and Clone Stamp Tool.

78 Feb 25 Comment A dreamlike photo-thanks for sharing! I really liked it. With a bit more post-processing, it could become a truly great image. I did a quick edit to see how some additional processing could enhance the final result. Feb 14th
78 Feb 25 Comment Great landscape and well-processed! My only suggestion would be to tone down the clouds a bit-just a personal preference-but your processing looks great as well. Feb 14th
78 Feb 25 Comment Beautiful image! It perfectly captures the mood of a foggy winter morning-I really liked it. Feb 14th
78 Feb 25 Comment I really liked this photo and your post-processing work. The original was nice, but your edits have transformed it into a great image. The subtle sepia treatment adds a nice touch, enhancing the overall feel. Feb 13th
