Ed,
This is very good, to capture the stars and milky way and for such a long exposure, do you use some kind of tracking device on a tripod? What type of setup is required.

Thanks Ed,
Appreciate your views,
Middle of eclipse was at noon and no shadows at that time, check original image where car and a tripod is, this was at the noon, no house shadow.

Thanks Robert,
Interesting idea, maybe next time but, please note the time and the situation for this eclipse.
The eclipse was from 10:10 AM to 1:10 PM and middle of the eclipse at 12:00 noon.
Different stages of shadow technically, in theory and in practice not possible for the larger size house. This is possible for a tall structure like a Lighthouse or a tower or a very high building taken from a higher angle with the camera pointing downward.
In the situation and the time this photo is taken, multiple images of the house will create multiple shadow mixing into a large black area something like this shown in this attached image.

Jim,
Crop is good but, by making containers and back of boat brighter the picture looks little flat.
I think adjusting some contrast, sharpness will look better. Also as Ed suggested, try BW.

Robert,
Thanks, and appreciate your views.
For the shadows, that is how it was, there is no manipulation other than BW conversion. House was taken during the last phase from the same position.
Look at the sun position in the attached phone photo taken at the exact Annular phase and the sun was moving upwards towards front to create shadows as captured. Check the screen shot of the Phone App posted as original and the shadows of tripod before the start of the eclipse.
(Another interesting thing on this phone photo, the small refracted image of the annular eclipse on the house.)
