As suggested, I did reduce sharpness / saturation and reduce highlight on the right side of the building. I wanted to post BW but was not very happy as the Pier gets lost in the background buildings and could not bring it out.

Liked your crop and the processing. Original file has lots of free shape around main subject which can help in trying various crop/version of the same image. 		Dec 3rd

This is good, shallow DOF, angle of light on the subject, postprocess everything is perfect, liked it.

Liked the image, red buckets add value, IMO, cropping some portion of the bottom and removing the green object on the right and yellow in the window may improve, attached quick try.		 Dec 3rd

BW version looks good.
This is a planned picture, I would put the paper in typewriter with some text typed on it. Also angle of view, may be a little lower look better.
