Yes, the use of f/16 was to get a star, I have a couple of more pictures with similar effect taken at the same location, will post maybe later.		 Jul 23rd

Regarding screen brightness, it is very important to calibrate the screen regularly, most of the time pictures are viewed on screens and good basic calibrators is not expensive, I have X Rite and is under 100$. (

I liked the original image more than processed. The original image is well exposed and only requires some work one on the man's face, just make it little bright and remove the tree trunk on the left.
Processed is over saturated and with blown highlights.

78 Jul 19 Comment Very nice BW image, Oculus is so good that one needs to go there more than a few times to make photos. Yours looks good.
For street photography, I only carry fixed lens small Leica Q, very quiet and you look more like just another tourist and not a pro photographer taking and quick photos not difficult. Places like Time square etc are tourist friendly. Sometimes I just walk, camera hanging from the nack and taking pictures without looking through the viewfinder, with Full Frame sensor cropping and recomposing is easy.
Just wear a smile on your face and people respond positively. 		Jul 2nd
