78 May 19 Comment I liked the way it is framed, good record shot, from the angle of shadows it looks like it is taken in harsh light condition (?), the original is well exposed with good details in the shadow areas and also highlights are not blown out. May 7th

The tall plant is Turmeric, Steps is to go near the plants and offer water and prayer, I checked with one of my friends who knows more about this subject, in his words.

THE COURTYARDS OF THE TRADITIONAL HOMES IN SOUTH INDIA WILL CERTAINLY HAVE A POST AND PLATFORM WHERE THE BASIL LEAVES (TULSI) AND TURMERIC SEEDLINGS ARE GROWN TOGETHER. THE PLATFORM WILL HAVE A PARASOL WITHIN WHICH A LAMP IS LIT IN THE MORNINGS AND DURING TWILIGHT HOURS AS A TRADITION AND GESTURE OF GRATITUDE TO THE NATURE THAT BESTOWS US WITH REMEDIES WITHIN REACH.
