27 May 21 Comment Very cool image and nice to see a different perspective! The bright trees do take your eye away from the bridge which is main subject. A little lower would also be a cool view of the bridge. May 23rd

27 May 21 Comment A nice image of a bird that definitely tells a story. I think you did a nice job of removing the twig in your attempt and I think it helps the image. Noise can be tough and not a big issue with your original. May 23rd
27 May 21 Comment Cool subject in a tough environment which does not allow for much separation. Perhaps if could find a way to darken the background a little. Unfortunately I do find the rock behind his head a little distracting. May 23rd
27 May 21 Comment I do like Renee's crop suggestion and puts more emphasis on the main flower/fern. I do wish the background was a pinch darker so it would stand out a little bit more. You could add some more texture to the rocks. May 23rd

27 May 21 Comment I really like the composition and feel of the image and it screams Amsterdam! I agree with Jan and the B&W conversion is a little flat. You did not say how you did the conversion so it is hard to comment. There are some great tools if you are using a plug-in instead of just desaturating the colors. The various color sliders in black white could help with the flowers and separating the bike a little bit more. May 23rd
27 May 21 Reply The darkening of the sky was on purpose, didn't want your eyes wondering away from tulips. At least that was the idea. May 22nd

44 May 21 Comment The buildings make the church look so small, pretty cool. The light is really nice and too bad there were not a few clouds to fill in the areas. I am not a huge fan of sky replacement, but a couple clouds would be nice depending on your final intent for the image. May 23rd
44 May 21 Comment Great old truck and looks to be a fun area to explore. Blend looks very good and the greens are a bit saturated on my monitor. May 23rd
44 May 21 Comment I had no idea there were so many old churches in Michigan, have you run out of destinations? The blend looks good along with the colors and perspective control. Perhaps you could push the whites and highlights a little bit more and I think Rick makes a good suggestion. May 23rd

44 May 21 Comment Very cool building and I am sure you shot a bunch including closer up to show the details in the rock. Perhaps it would have been best to pick a composition without the sky to eliminate at the sky issues. Otherwise, the blend looks good and pretty natural. Greens are always a little strong with HDR and could be toned down a little. May 23rd
