I like the image overall and the cropping works well. It would have been nice if he was looking more towards you. I think it works as both a black and white and color. |

I think the technique is solid and has helped the photo, but it is not a very attractive flower. All the little brown spots are a little distracting. |

Amazing what a cell phone can do these days.. I like Jon's suggestion of cropping a little bit off the top and bottom. I think I might prefer the original as well, not a very scene and the darker tones fit better. |

I think this is a really nice conversion to black and white and is more effective than the color image. Composition is very strong with the nice curve. However the subject matter is lacking a bit of interest. |

Cleaning up the background is a big help!
Jon makes some excellent observations and I completely agree.
Interesting image, perhaps cropped a little too tight. |

Great subject and enjoyed seeing the Bison in the wild in the Tetons. Image looks great except for the very sharp fur.. Aurora offers a nice masking option within the software which would make it easy to reduce. |

That is very possible because of the contrast difference between the sky and the rocks. |

Blend looks really good, hopefully they have figured out the PC issues you were experiencing in the past. |

I think everyone is spot on.. I think the lack of contrast is from NIK HDR. Perhaps after processing in HDR, open it up in Color Efex Pro and use the the various contrast filters which are very good. |

First of all, I really like this image, impact, perspective and natural blend.
Great comments in regards to the blue, a bit vibrant.
The severe perspective (which I like) crops and distorts the lights a bit. |

Very cool image! I would like to see the shadows opened up a little bit. The light would have more of an impact in other areas such as the shadows. |

Great idea to dodge the trees! Will take a look at the darkest exposure and see about blending back in. Perhaps use a luminosity mask as well.
It was good to see you in Salt Lake. |
