68 May 20 Reply The "sign2 in actual fact is a wooden seat a this sculpture was at the far end of a large park.I had not noticed it myself and I may now cosider cloning it out if I use it again. May 21st
68 May 20 Reply David, There was never an awning over it whilst it was on display at Chatsworth. You can just see it was attached to the rest there are three lines just visible in the grass. It was all welded together May 16th
68 May 20 Comment David you have created an interesting cameo although to be picky the astronaut is out of proportion to the space station and shuttle but smaller it would be lost and not telling the story. Well done May 16th
68 May 20 Comment I agree that dandelions are quite a beautiful flower although classified as a weed. You have recorded them well although when I view the image the flower heads stick out forward which is taboo in the UK. David you are spreading the dandelions by blowing off the seeds so you are helping the bees to have more flowers May 16th
68 May 20 Comment Depth masks are at the moment beyond my detailed knowledge and experience. All I can say at a initial examination you have generated a good stereo image of the butterfly but I do find that some of the flowers behind the inset to be distracting. May 16th
68 May 20 Comment It is not often in colour as it required making three negatives of three tones ie light middle and dark on lith film and then putting them in register and printing from the sandwich. It creates a flattened graphic image and we have here an image that is lacking in contrast but the colour has lost the graphic effect to a certain degree. I congratulate you on trying something different and I would like to see some more of this type of work with a more simple image May 16th
68 May 20 Comment This is perfect photo journalism as it shows very clearly the panic that arose all over the world when the virus arrived. I would not bother about the wheel as it is all part of the clutter that has been created by the inconsiderate shoppers May 16th
