Thank you for your kind comment. Mea Culpa on the deblur filter. I should have said "the Denoise filter in Topaz Photo AI." |

At first glance the image reminded me of an old picture of twins. Well done. |

More proof that less is more. The painterly look works well. I wonder how the image would look in a pure white background. i find the shadows a bit distracting. |

You have created a neat feeling of emergence. The image is not a portrait. For me the double nose turns him into a Cyclops variant, and adds an improbable story. The image works. |

Nice feeling of motion. Placement of the dancer in a forest, with the textures add a feeling of mystery. Did you consider placing her more to the left, to take her off center? |

I agree with Angela about the composition. I like your color palette. For me the flag is not distracting. A first glance it reminds me of a flower. The negative space at the bottom keeps the image from looking too busy. As is the image would make a nice bookcover or movie poster. |

Karl, I agree with your concept of change. But, to my eye your version changed the mood of the original. I just did a simple sky replacement, so the mood of the original stayed the same. |

Where is Alfred Hitchcock when you need him? Great seeing. Your processing was spot on. I had to put on my Winter coat to continue looking. Very well done. |

many years ago my CC had a fun category. The last image in color slides the rear end of some animal. We had fun comparing how judges scored the image. |

CC judges tend to judge images based on how some other judge would say. They rarely give their own opinion. |

Very interesting abstract. It could be: a hand holding a cooked lobster; a person washing long hair; or simply a modern abstract portrait. In today's art market, it could have value. |
