Freddie- See my abstract version in my comment to Lauren. Does it remove the distractions? |

Lauren- All the comments that can be made, were made. I decided to play and prove Freddie right, by converting it into an abstract. I inverted your image, posterized, and Mr. Contrast from Flaming Pear. |

Freddie, your concept is original, spooky, and fun to play with. I made a rough selection to a new layer, in LAB curves I switched the land and sky colors, in PGB mode did some color adjustments, then on a dup layer made a few distortions. I can see reindeer skeletons pulling a sled with a skeleton of a driver and his wife running behind. WTH, It's all a perception. |

Gerrard, The 1st thought that came to me after looking at your image was "beautiful, simple and well done." I see nothing in your interpretation to change my mind. Yes, there are many other ways of processing your original. All of us, including you, will be able to eat their next meal no matter how you interpret your original. The most important point in any image is whether the artist likes it. Nobody is going to send you to jail if you make additional interpretations of your original. Well done. |

I rethaught your issue about the title: "BEETLEBAUM." (Title inspired by Spike Jones.) I suspect that not many here understand my reference, without looking it up. |

Gerrard, Thank you. I like your suggestion. While I have not made active efforts to sell images, if you know a bar that would purchase the image, we could both make some money. ;-)
