With an iPhone, I couldn't control the shutter speed. The stairway was fairly dark, so the camera compensated with the slow shutter. Sorry! |

What beautiful fog around the hills! That should be the focus of your image in my opinion. I agree with others that you don't need too much sky, so turn it into a panorama shot that emphasizes the landscape. |

We are all talking about cropping--my suggestion is to get rid of the little triangle of the dock at the lower edge, and then reduce the amount of water and bare sand. About a third of the image is boring space, not contributing to the interesting pattern of the logs. |

I like the combination of realistic and abstract. I know exactly what it is but that is not what you are showing to the viewer. Maybe even more contrast? And I'd lighten the shadow in the lower right, because it distracts from the abstraction for me. |

I like the sepia tone you added, and I agree with the comments about making the marker more prominent. More cropping? You don't need much, if any, sky. Would it help to lighten the marker, and then add contrast? |

I love your macro-style shots! If you have the pixels, more cropping would make the frogs even more prominent. If you don't want to crop, then tone down the lighter leaves in the bottom/front of the image. I feel it would be better to have the background areas around the frogs more or less the same darkness. |

I agree with the comments about the barn seeming too bright. A weathered barn should look...weathered. |
