Sometimes the simplest of images are the best, I agree with Micheals comment about the limb touching the mountain and I feel the fuzziness in the tree does detract from what is otherwise a lovely image. |

I agree, good symmetry and reflections. Lovely contrasting tones, cool blues and warm oranges. The park bench is a bother just a little nip and tuck off the side can easily fix it. |

I think this is a lovely well-balanced scene. The dock and the darker trees on either side created that lovely balance. I think there's a wonderful sense of depth through the scene. I think a little more contrast is all that is needed. |

I agree with Bills comments, in particular, the tree on the left. The image would lose too much if it were cropped therefore the only option would be to clone it out. I personally have no moral issues with that type of fix, some might. The digital chainsaw would be much more environmentally friendly. :-) |

What works for me in this image is the natural colours and textures. I can feel the ambience. The big pay off is at the end of the aisle, the Alter is modest amongst the arches and the natural backdrop. I guess for me, you've done such a good job with this image you've taken away the photography and made it all about the space.
Mission accomplished Bill. |

I think the whole scene is great. To me the sky is so foreboding with loads of drama. It took a little while for my imagination to catch up and find the bear, but it's definitely there. I can't help but notice the red stop sign. I tend to agree with the other comments in relation to the potholes. I understand it's apart of the story and the emotional connection you have. Overall I think it's a lovely residential scene with a touch of Westeria Lane about it. |
