Ian - Having been to some glaciers in Alaska, I can appreciate the beauty and size of this one. Your ability and sense of adventure to climb on them goes far beyond mine. I really like the aqua/blue tones which suggest the cold that goes with glaciers. The ridges do bring the viewer's eye right into the image. The composition is good. I don't think the same impact could be made with B&W. Re: size, they are immense, so some sense of size could have been made if only there were a tree or person there, but one can only wish sometimes. |

Sanford - I really like this type of image, and your choice was very well done! The composition is very good, the canal curve leading us into the image. The color choices are muted, as a painting might be, I think well chosen to subtle. It brings a smile and memories to me. Great job! |

Ian - Unusual building, to say the least, but I like your choice as an abstract. Your PP was very good. My only issue is that there is no focal point, my eye roams around the image without a place to land. |

Trey - very good capture and PP. Lucky you to get out to shoot! This might have been interesting in B&W. |

Jorn - My first thought when I looked at your image, was B&W. While I didn't spend a lot of time, just a thought... |

Jorn - thank-you. Had to go back in my archives what with everything. |

Jay - I like the way you have cropped and darkened the background clutter of branches, to deemphasize them. The branch itself is quite lovely, in my opinion. Major PP work from the original, making it look quite dramatic. Kudos! |
