Mark - Thanks, I agree, but didn't like my PP on that area... |

Ian - thanks - I thought about removing the branch, but didn't think it was as effective. |

Jorn - Interesting concept. I'm sure we've all seen reflections like this, but never thought of capturing them like you did. It does make me stop and think. |

Jay - I like your image, and have struggled too, with the shutter speed. I have found 1600 is a good shutter speed (I do birds). You have greatly improved the composition with your thoughtful crop. You have brought out the jets' colors well. You might try removing some of the blue from the wings is my only observation. Great image! |

Sanford - I really like the watercolor effect. I, too, would mute it a bit more on the face. |

Trey - I like the composition, and what you've managed bring out in PP, highlighting the tree and sky. Burrs and ticks, oh my! |

Ian - The devastation from fires is awful, in any location. So sorry to hear of your plight, and I can't believe that so many are deliberately set. The haze is something you can't escape. We were in Yosemite a few years ago when the fires were burning, and it was a very similar situation with the haze. Your SOOC photo journalism tells the story well. |
