I agree with both Stephen and Oliver, stunning shot. Your choice of cropping eliminated the distracting light on the left side and brought more focus to the ship. |

Great concept, beautiful execution and the B&W conversion makes it all the better. It also inspires me to try something similar. Well done! |

I'm not sure I can add anything more than what Oliver said. I really enjoy the period setting of the image, your post work makes the image even more timeless. I didn't notice the lines on the right till it was mentioned, not sure it's too big a deal. |

There are so many interesting possibilities here. Your concept is good, the girl staring at the stone/stones creates a mood that could be enhanced in a few different ways. I like what Oliver has done to highlight the stone in front of her, can't help wonder how the image could have been improved by having her kneel to help focus attention on both her and the stone. That would also have allowed you to crop a little closer to her and the stone. The lower angle would also have the other stones flowing off into the distance by using the shallow depth of field. |

Shooting bands and concerts is always a tricky situation, especially indoor venues with changing lights. Sometimes the color shot is the best one as it captures the feeling of the moment in a particular venue. However, some images can go either way and yours is one of those. Perhaps it's my own personal thing, but blues and black & white work well for me. I think you made good choices with your camera and I don't think I would change anything. |

I like how your editing choices have isolated the woman in the white space. And by removing the distracting elements, you've strengthened the image. |
