Hi, Yes I do like the crop suggestion - I need to spend the time fixing this photo:-) |

Beautiful scene, I think the top left is a bit over exposed. I tried fixing it but was not very successful on the jpg as it started to show pixels. I added some colors and sharpened it a bit. Perhaps that is just me? Looking at the photo closely and as it is very large, I think it perhaps slightly out of focus? Shooting from a moving boat is not easy. |

Love it:-) . We are traveling to the US in 4 days and while I was debating to take a camera, seeing images other than sunset, beach & water made me decide it will be worth carrying it:-) |

Lovely shot, I think also perhaps a tad on the yellow side but that works for me. May be a good candidate for a HDR look, more crisp and sharp? The orange roof / shape did not bother me but without it is fine. |

I like the composition, very nice image. It is interesting to see the square format as I always deliver image in 3:2 which normally is a better match for print size. It open my eyes a bit about using different format, I sometime use 16:9 for landscape here if I wish to minimize the sky and sometime 1:1 when people want instagram pics. |

Hi Judy and Karen,
Thank you for the feedback! The crop point is good, I had a strong sunlight coming through the trees and actually washed of the area a bit to make it softer but I should have removed the excess of the radial filter on the subject. She did not win but she is a wonderful person. The photo was actually taken in a pond, the waterfall is artificial but I tried to make it look "real". |
