I like how the roofing shingles were transformed into tiles with coloration that matched the gulls. It makes the viewer wonder what all three gulls are looking at. The sky dramatically contrasts with the roof. A very successful transformation! |

This is just so delicate! The circular motion between the flowers is wonderful and I so like the background you chose both for texture and color. Making it a square was brilliant! |

I didn't realize how much you can add thru Topaz! This is quite successful and I like the abstractness of it and the colors are anything but drab. I agree with the branch removal at top left improves the overall impact. Nice use of the roadway to bring the eye back to the rainbow. |

Yes! I like the colors and the texture contrasts nicely with the petals. |

I agree with all above. I do really like the grain effect you chose for this b&w image. |

Hmmm S10, I have been wondering about that phone since I have a Samsung now. Quality image and I love the sharpness of the petals. If you have time, you might want to change the background to a dark pale yellow to match what's in the flower as the grey doesn't enhance the delicate beauty of the flower IMHO. You keep inspiring me! |

Nice that you found a whole dandelion seed head! I think your capture was successful but others have steered you better than I am able. I agree that an out-of-focus background would have served the image better. Macro is not something I have gotten into. Kudos for getting a quality image given your equipment restrictions! |

I love the faded background but like the original high contrast of the two donkeys, which are located at the end of the Golden Spiral (nice composition!), and would provide more contrast overall in the image. A wonderful capture! |

Ian, I don't think you could go wrong with the original or the final version. Depends if you want more silhouette. I would clone out the small lens/solar flare in the tree line about an inch from the right. The tree branch balances out the weight of the ferry though you might want to cut off some of the bottom because the ferry is the point of interest, not the tree. The sky has a Wow factor! |

I prefer it juiced up, but here's a lower saturated version I think you would prefer. |

This is an image I would expect to see over someone's living room couch. The fog is to die for and you utilize it well as a background to the colorful Maple(?) tree. And then there's the bridge to all another wonderful geometric contrast to Nature's designs. Very well done! |

This is one of the best images I've seen at this location. I like the large rock at bottom right to point into the "action" of the image and the rock at bottom left flows into it. The textures and colors are amazing and now that you've posted this, I need not go there since the "real" setting might not be as splendid as this image! Oh, nice work in that sky capture too. |

Talk about an image that's a study of contrast! The texture around the pool works well with the soft colored substance. The white snow and steam vapors also contribute a contrast. The shadow plays off the light. Some spots need to be cleaned up at top left from the snow line into the blue pool but other than that it is an eye pleaser! |

Wow! Outstanding for all the reasons cited above. I like the contrast between the dark foreground trees and facing and the waterfall. On the expanded sky I'd get rid of the tree leaves at top left. What an experience to have been there to capture this. |

Love this and I see that you were patient to get the cyclist crossing it at the V and also composed so the bright cloud was just beneath it. Superb silhouette. The image is also saffron-robed which ties into the monks nicely. The only suggestion is to slightly crop in on the right side so the last post frames the image. Just outstanding! |

Wow, you sure find interesting architecture! I love the way you "juiced" it up and brought out the colors. The Butterfly House is almost in the tightest swirl of a Golden Spiral. I like the deletion of the light pole and the foreground dominos (nicely cleaned and repaired) certainly leads you into the image. Kudos! |

Thanks Gary. If you look, there's a triangle from the green trees in the middle out to the buildings on the sides so if I were to crop more from the top it would destroy that triangle. |

I'll play with the luminosity of the blue on the sheet metal roof of the barn too. |
