Amazing compilation job! I like the stained glass background that you added. I agree with Cindy about using 3 main figures. I agree that the two side ghostly figures should have more detail. But the circular eye movement within the image works very well. |

What you have done in Corel Painter has certainly improved on the original image. Nice decision about the background. It's a matter of taste, but your change of wardrobe on the dancer makes me think Mexican and not Asian, but hey I'm a guy haha! The left hand of the dancer needs to be refind a touch. The left side of the image has distractions at top left, then a white line that flows down and two edge touch ups. There's also some white swirl at her mouth that could be covered. The foreground and background colors work well and I like the shadow you added at her feet. |

You succeeded at what you ventured into! The hair of the manes depict the wind going through them. You have kept the sharpness in the eyes, which is very important. Your choice of background painting sets the mood and is a wonderful addition to the original. Also important is that it is 3 horses, that magic number in art! Definitely something a horse lover would love to hang on a wall! |

Exceptional portrait! Great detail in the hair while her face is softened to contrast with the hair. I like what you did to brighten the background orange especially at her face. You succeeded with the neckline. You didn't escape the feeling that this character could be less than sweet! |

What is too much? It's up to the photographer/artist. Do you want it to look like a photo, then a little. Do you want it to look like a painting, then a lot. Depends on the image and what you're trying to do with it. Qui tu recipitus et recipimonus -- the receiver receives that which he/she is capable of receiving. It's the taste/reception of the viewer and also the artistic license of the creator. Go over to Group 56 Painting and you get a better idea of "a lot". |

Pensive moody shot. The lines of the foreground water gently lead you into the image. The foreground texture works but I would suggest smoothing out the water gradually as you get deeper into the image to give it a sense of transition into placid peace ... but that's my interpretation of the emotion I get from the image. Emotion is good and you got it! Did you change this to b&w or not? |

I agree with Ian. Perhaps you could have shot it more to the right and used the land curving to the white bridge as a leading line ... but perhaps the clouds weren't in the sky from that vantage point. As I write this we're getting 8-12 inches of snow - not so much change here in Wisconsin haha! I think using photography to document the changing climate is worthwhile and I see it in my woodland adventures. |

I like the texture with the shells on the structure behind Becky. The less saturation works well. I would have backed her up a tad so the window wouldn't show at right. I would suggest changing the color of her pants to something light brownish. Nice start to more modelling! |

I love the coloration change and the leading line brings the viewer right into the image. I like the way you smoothed out the water yet have lines to show the direction of the water flow. Nicely processed! |

The eyes are great, in focus, and you can see texture on the tongue. Really nicely cropped. Here's a link to getting rid of fences in photos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBCj8Kg9lZg&t=646s

People traffic was also the challenge. And in levelling the image in PS I think that cutoff the mudguard. I'll play with it. |

I cropped it to get rid of that blue anchor line, but now that you bring it up I could have used a brush to have deleted that! |

I like how the lighter colored water brings your eye to the land point and sailboat and then into the rest of the image. To my taste, I would have cropped off more of the bottom so the image is horizontal with the large sailboat more in the bottom left third of the image though it is sitting on the one-third vertical line now. All-in-all a great shot to hang on the wall to remember your trip here. |

Sumit, sometimes what we try and capture isn't the story that's in the image. So I took the liberty of cropping the image to the boat and bridge while leaving the drama of the clouds above. I increased the blue in the image, lightened the shadows on the bridge at left, softened the water in the bottom thirds below the V wake, and sharpened the boat and the bridge. This cropping tells a story to me and leaves a lot of intrigue to the image. |

There's a lot to love in the city where the USA had its first embassy! A boat with the name AMSTERDAM was a perfect find for this shot. I think you caught every sort of transportation in the city except a tour bus. I think the eye flow in the image works well. I would have blurred/softened the river surface by brushing it in LR with sharpness, clarity and texture turned all the way down so it was "silky". |

Love the light and shadow contrast of the image! The red-coated person gives a sense of proportion to the image's mountains and valleys. I feel that the image's mountain severely tip me to the left -- what was the horizontal level you used? There's so much dynamics in this image with the clouds and earth below. I agree with Gary about fixation point. |

I think you did a splendid job at intentional motion blur photography -- or whatever they call it. I like the abstract minimalist vision that it conveys. Only one suggestion: I would erase the top of the tallest tree at left so it doesn't extend beyond the image frame. |

Outstanding! Did you print on metallic paper? Love the sunset/horizon's golden glow and how the MW dark area flows into the sunset. |

My intention was to emphasize the tree, not the fog, which was a mood setter. |
