46 Aug 18 Reply Richard, I start with Photomatix Pro, then do adjustments in Lightroom and a couple of presets, then I send it into Topaz Studio and use various presets in that package. Aug 9th

46 Aug 18 Comment I like what you did. The only thing I would have done is darken the rock cliff at right and into the water -- especially those jutting out into the water as they are supposed to look wet. The sand looks great. Aug 4th

76 Aug 18 Comment This looks like it has a painted effect on it. I would have lightened up the mountains a tad especially on the peaks at left as that's the direction the sunlight seems to be going. I agree with Ian about more info. Aug 13th
76 Aug 18 Comment My first reaction: Blur the background, then apply Topaz Impressions watercolor effect.
My second impression: To my eye, the woman has the most intriguing face so I'd sharpen it. Blur the background to get a sense of movement by the bike and put focus on the bike. Crop the image right at the back of the bike and make it a square image.
This image has a lot of potential in many different ways which is what's great about it; it challenges you to go several different directions all of which could produce a great final image!		 Aug 13th
76 Aug 18 Comment Nice recovery on the image thru your processing! I'm sure it will look great as long as you keep the printed size small. I would probably cut the bird out and drop various background in until I found one that would be "striking" and better show the neck feathers but that's me with time on my hands haha! Aug 13th
76 Aug 18 Comment I agree with Cyndy but just being out there was a thrill I bet! I'm sure these 3 sportsmen enjoyed seeing this action shot. Nice cropping to get the national flag in the image so we can tell the competitor's nation. I would have had to had a strong jolt of whiskey to do what they do haha! Aug 13th
