Adi - good prospective - I would agree with Norm the ball has to go. I like that the two individuals seem to come from two generations - one with a cane and one with a roll on suitcase. Good catch. |

Jay - to me this image is not about the patrons of the shop, but rather the reoccurring round patterns in the shop. I find the right side of the pic more interesting, if it were mine - possibly crop in to show round shapes as they relate to the outside street. Or still yet, you could shoot from the outside highlighting the sign " Haircuts for $19.99" - you would probably need a polarizer. |

I enjoyed your picture in the showcase this month. The subdued color palette added to the image and the seriousness of the place in the world. Now I would like to see this picture in B&W - when I first looked I found the colored leaves distracting and still due - maybe I am concentrating on the PIctorialists too much. It is a very nice image and it is your choice about the leaves. |

Nice capture Norm. I agree with John - the trees give scale to the enormity of the waterfall. |

Stan - great animal portraiture with lots of detail. I love that the tonal values are all in the same family. |

John, I would not change a thing. The movement of the steam is wonderful element. |
