Bernie, if you would not have mentioned a cavern, this could easily have been an abstract of paint balling, etc. The colors are other worldly. Great job. |

Norm, this image has a surreal quality. I do not know if that modality fits stained glass windows in a church - I probably would have gone for the highest ISO on your camera and then dealt with the grain. Having said that I have not tried ICM and I am not a big fan. I think as the photographer in that situation you made a choice and if you are pleased that is all that matters.

Stan, if it were my image, I would just concentrate on the bird and eliminate the crowds and temple. Having said that, I do not know if that is logistically feasible. I would then increase the contrast of the guardian. |

John - maybe to complete the storytelling, you could hone in on just a few birds and the nests and their predicament of rising water. The pair to the most left of your image would be good candidates.
