The colors of the sky are beautiful and the base of trees is an anchor for the image, but I would agree with John that there are too many branches criss crossing. |

Although the owl is a little soft, it is still a great capture. I would also suggest to blur the background to focus on the main subject. |

Not your typical bird image, but captivating. I would agree with a crop from the right and leave the branch nearest to the main subject. I like that he is peering in at you and you have a catch light in his eye. |

I love the monochrome treatment of this image. The light source adds dimensionality to this monster. Fun image. |

A very arresting image and the repeating horizontal steps make for drama. I would agree that the branches on the right do not add to the image. If it were my image, I would also open up the pines in the foreground and up the saturation a bit. The hikers are a bonus and add scale. |

An interesting museum genre - the machines are of complementary colors and are positioned well. A polarizer might have helped to minimize the glare of the glass, so we could see more inside the cabs. I think I would crop in from the right to make a square format for this subject. I agree that the trees sprouting from the one machine could be removed for a cleaner impact. |
