Good colors Leslie, very sharp. I don't seem to mind the fact that they are merging, but was still wondering if you have another shot where they aren't merged. |

Love the expressions and the poses! I can just hear the "honk honk honk!" in my mind when looking at this., |

This is a tender moment not often captured. I would think the bird would fly off too rapidly after the banding is done, to get something like this. |

Great nature story, Tom. I cannot add anything to the comments already posted. I was there a number of years ago and this makes me want to go back some time. |

Thanks Jim and Leslie. The color difference appeared in both images as well as some others I took the same day. In Lightroom I added a little bit of dehaze, also selected the background and applied a negative color temperature correction to make the water less murky and more alive. |

Thanks, Rick. No I wasn't trying for any mood in particular. I don't think the exposure needs to be boosted. |

A good idea, Brad. I might also clone or replace the spray of small twigs/roots next to the tree trunks (generative remove?).

Color looks great to me. I've been to this mill several times in the past 20 years and never had this much color. But I must admit it looked pretty good to me in other seasons. |

So is this an old abandoned car wreck or a classic car that's restored with an unusual paint job?
HDR is well done, good use of complimentary colors. |

Sorry I didn't want to sound too negative, just trying to give you suggestions. |

Mo, I'm not sure of your intent in this photograph here, it comes across as just a tabletop image of this piece of costume jewelry. As presented, it is too centered in the composition, would be better cropping off the right side, which removes the distracting shadow line. If you want to depict the cracking mud that you mention, perhaps a shot of a larger space including a bit of a backdrop would work better. |

Good HDR treatment, Brad. I suggest that you crop about half of the foreground. as it is it is almost half the image. Perhaps also lighten the door just a little bit. |

Thanks Mo. Skylum is no longer updating the Aurora software and has folded it into Luminar Neo. But the latter does not have all the presets found in Aurora. Presumably Aurora is still available but I haven't checked this. |
