In southern Ontario, these are also plentiful in the winter but go north in the warmer weather. I realize this image isn't appropriate for a nature salon, I didn't intend this. |

You captured this at the peak of action. The brightness of the water foam doesn't bother me, it's natural. |

Well done, Leslie, I cannot add anything more. I hope you kept the speeding tickets as a souvenir of your trip. |

Great color, I prefer Tom's version with the darker background. Try adding a catch light to the eye. |

Good capture, but I also wish that the image was sharper. Perhaps try something like Topaz Sharpen AI or the newer Photo AI. |

Great capture, Tom. We also don't get this species of hawk, generally only Coopers Hawk like the one I showed last month. |

Certainly very abstract, I would not have known what I was looking at without your description. I actually thought I was looking at some type of very old cloth with frayed edges along a tear. I cannot suggest any technical improvements. |

Great use of HDR processing, Bill. This is very nit picky, but I can see that the right steeple is very slightly shorter than the left one. One of the transform tools should be able to correct that. |

Good composition, great color. I'm surprised that the HDR software was unable to control the ghosting, did you try other software like Nik or Photomatix? |

Great image, Lisa. Gives the impression that the castle is completely flooded out. How big was the puddle? |

I can see the problem in this image, is the main subject supposed to be the church or the tree? Maybe you shot another image in which the tree was off to the side (maybe even to the right of the steeple), or even another image from a different angle without the tree., |
