I would say I prefer the B&W image to that of colour until I saw Pete's version and this makes your spectacular image even better |

It's a lovely image Pete and I agree wholeheartedly with your daughter, a few fairies are needed!! The scene is so mystical. Reading of your fall I was reminded of your last one--a long hike such as you describe here is remarkable, I can't walk well a few hundred feet, my knee has never improved as yours did. |

This quite a shot. I like David's interpretation vey much, to my eye it concentrates on the car rather than the surroundings

Great image David. I thought about the eyes both ways. Although they are most important in an image in this instance the shock of the cold water would make me scrunch up my eyes as in the original
