The strokes are just that--made with a brush, took some doing to curve them properly |

Removing the FG in the image and leaving that small part in the LH corner helps make this scene so that one can focus on the tranquility of it and the sky addition completes it. Beautiful work Rick. |

Pete this is such an unusual take that it is fascinating without critiquing it in any way. All the changes you made to the original enhance this hand 'portrait to the nth degree. I applaud your imagination in making this man's everyday work something to gaze upon in a different light! |

Diana is correct. Judges now want to see "action" in nature shots but nevertheless you took the shot Somdutt and it is your memory
I love the poem which bought back memories for me of learning this in my youth |
