Your imagination dealing with giraffes never ceases to amaze me. and you never fail to add a shadow. Great detail Nick. |

Mark , what a capture! the cow's heads are almost identical in the viewing and the bonus of the sheep "leading" the flock! I do tend to agree that a cropping of the BG would not be amiss, particularly the sky. |

All sorts of things to observe and ponder, verticals, horizontals, triangles and great shadows. As you remark the simplicity of the image is enhances its worth. |

I've seen many images in Mono of trains and they are most pleasant with the smoke erupting, but is this case I do agree with others that the colour image is more appealing. I do like the train exiting the tunnel and the grass wavering at the sides and the addition of the driver is a plus. Good work! |

Sorry Richard I cannot fathom what this is, at a first quick glance I thought it was snow gathered on twigs then I noticed that the "snow" was all the same shape. I think further explanation in your description is necessary. It is hard for me to comment when I don't know what I am looking at. Perhaps in art one doesn't need to know what "it" is, somewhat like abstract, but for me this doesn't work. |

I did add a stroke for a border Nick, it just didn't come out on all four sides. |
