5 Apr 21 Comment Nick this just doesn't quite make it for me. Perhaps because it was taken from stereo. Apr 15th
5 Apr 21 Comment The facial expressions are what makes this image, but I favour the colour rather than the mono one; the hat and the face colouring doesn't take away from the expressions. Too bad there is so much BG. This image was one that could have been short a least a dozen times to get it right. Great picture Mark. Apr 15th

5 Apr 21 Comment David's comments on this image strike the right note; the changes he made in his presentation undoubtedly bring the bird into perfect focus. I could add no more to his editing. Apr 7th
5 Apr 21 Comment Well caught Pete and you got everything right in the end--you have the shadows and the floor colour--good work. Apr 7th
5 Apr 21 Comment You certainly made something out of almost nothing here. I applaud your eye for seeing the possibility! The colour saturation is so well done. There is an air of mystery in the movement.

5 Apr 21 Comment Oh how much I like Durdle Door (having stayed 10 summers in Bournemouth after my husband retired I spent many happy hours at Lulworth Cove and just this week saw a shot of it in "Far from the Madding Crowd)"

A lovely image with the shoreline bending around to bring ones eye to the subject. I thought at first that the limestone had too much texture but then in looking at the original I realised that this was not enhanced unduly. The sun placed in the arch and leading toward the man is so well done, as is the sky. I couldn't see anything to change or add.
Congrats, a beautiful image!

34 Apr 21 Comment Thanks so much for the instructions Georgianna this is certainly one to try out. I like the arrangement of the vases and the different border adds to the image. Good work!
