I like the idea, your imagination is good, but this image is disturbing to me.Somehow the fireworks are overpowering the statues besides showing on them. An inventive idea but to me it has just missed the mark. |

Lovely ethereal scene Mark and a great imagination to produce this. One small thing, I would've liked to have seen the horizontal perch removed or perhaps a reduced opacity. Great work! |

Pete such an ordinary scene, made extraordinary with the lightening of it. I partic. liked the triangles produced and the angle from which you shot it. Well done! |

I enjoyed Richard's assessment of th scene. The darkness of the ground under the boat is also improved by him and gives more depth to the image. |

Stephen this is delightful, moving the image to the bottom RH corner is a master stroke, my only, small, correction would be to remove the top LH petal of the cluster. The fact that the main flower petal touches it, or seems to, bothers me. |

Thats a lot of lights!I don't know what you could do with this, but I am sure some clever member in your group will have an idea. As it stands and because of the restrictions it is a grab shot--albeit a good one. |

Manfred certainly knows how to pinpoint the flaws in an image. There is no question that although the shirt wearer meant something to you when you took the picture it is very distracting to the viewer and has little meaning without showing the person wearing the shirt. But, the real picture is the lovely face you have shown. |

Manfred made an excellent point here. I have to say this is what DD is all about--learning from each other |

You did an excellent job on this. I particularly like the light coming into his face and hand. I can almost feel his working with his papers. Well done! |
