5 Apr 20 Reply Yes Stephen this does make a fine B&W but I prefer the coloured version; the variance of different colours, though not outstanding in brilliance, is, to my mind, complimentary to the scene

5 Apr 20 Comment So glad you enjoyed it Bev and Witta--what fun.
Have to share the image that Steve Mayeux sent me: Nathan, my oldest Grandson's image with your action.
After I did his I had to do the other 4 Granddaughters with the same action.
Thanks, They loved it.

5 Apr 20 Reply Pete I like what you did with this image, it lightens all to another degree. Apr 7th
5 Apr 20 Comment The texture in this image is what really makes it super. and how you cropped it brings it from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Good work Richard. Apr 5th
5 Apr 20 Comment Your Murphy pics always so much fun. You certainly got the most of out of his posing. A great idea Nick but Murphy being knee deep in water jars me somewhat knowing how much cats despise being in it. Nevertheless it is super image.

5 Apr 20 Comment The shapes, the lighting and the various degrees of B&W makes for an excellent presentation. This is outstanding image! Good work Mark Apr 5th
5 Apr 20 Comment I did not notice the white flowers until it was mentioned, but yes, perhaps there is a little improvement with them being less bright. I see this, with or without the brightness, as just simply beautiful; the composition of the pots and what you did to bring out the colours and enhance the image is stunning. Apr 5th
5 Apr 20 Comment As was pointed out this is indeed a great cityscape shot. Although the title indicated a pool it took me a while to recognise it as such surrounded as it is by skyscrapers. The stillness of the water adds a great calmness to the scene, Wondering if a ripple in the water would add to it, but perhaps not-- a good eye Stephen. Apr 5th

43 Apr 20 Comment What a grest image for your first submission to the group, however please, in future (too late for this month) add some explanation to the image. For example take a look at Mike 's and Harley's information. Look forward to seeing your future work. Apr 26th

67 Apr 20 Comment Agree with all your fellow members-- it is indeed a stunning image. But on another note I was drawn to your bio by Oliver (Pete) Morton who found it so interesting and I heartily agree, which causes me to ponder, how often do we take a moment to read the bio of a fellow member of DD? Most of us (myself included) are wont to write some photography facts but your personal interjections brought me closer to you. No, we probably shan't ever meet Richard but it was lovely getting to 'know' you; you are a valued member of no. 67 Apr 26th
