This portrait has a 3D quality, extremely well done. The small blobs of blue in the BG are not disturbing except the one over her RH shoulder I think should removed. The pose is great, the hair falling over her eyes is just perfect.
Beautiful work Richard, I can't praise it enough. |

Nick you certainly have made the most of your giraffe images and this one is up there with them all. I do think though that Sarah is a bit stiff and she, unlike the animals, doesn't have a shadow--a feature you rarely forget to add |

Mark, forgive me, I am not going to comment on this simply because, although I applaud your effort, I am not any good at accessing most abstract images. I can truly say that that the colours here are lovely and the touch of blue adds a great deal. I hope I don't come across like the judge who gives an image a low score because he doesn't like cats. |

A handsome young man and the eyes give this the appropriate title. The colours are brilliant. A small picky point, I think it would have been a little better had you included his left hand and caught the stick inside the frame |

A beautiful image Steve, I would have loved to have taken this. The B&W change is very natural. I do believe that Pete's change is warranted although as he suggests it is not acceptable in PSA's nature division.
This would make a lovely wall hanging, and you can be most proud that you captured it. |

Often the BG takes away from the subject but in this case it helps tell the story--an interesting and odd looking character surrounded by odd looking items. You made a marvellous presentation. The little green blob on his shirt, or in his hair, is only slightly distracting but could be removed. Super image Pete! |

Just getting in under the wire here Linda. One wouldn't recognise the he is swimming since his apparel does not seem that of a swimsuit, or gear. The shadow over the face is, in my opinion what makes that image distinctive, good work! |
