Great image Pete. I have puzzled over this for days opening and reopening it looking for the bright silver bit and I just can' see it. I do see a tiny sliver of white on his L side, or is the remark made on the parts on his R elbow? the This I think is more visible than the opp. side. Regardless, it is a winner. Don't be so hard on yourself! |

Thanks for the suggestion from you and Stephen, but the B&W doesn't quite do it for me. The saving grace about this image, in my opinion, is the brilliant yellow on the blue BG. |

What a photographer will do go get a shot! But it does make all the difference, had you merely stood in from of the train it would be merely a grab shot. If you could clone out the vehicle on the LH side it would give the train a little more emphasis.

The steps you go through to perfect an image is always remarkable. I agree with all that Pete has said but I am wondering would it bring even more attention to the man if the window at the top was cropped out? I find the wall behind the man quite intriguing with its patterns and wonder too, would it take away from the person if it were made slightly lighter? Very minor and perhaps not applicable suggestions to such an extraordinary, well done submission. |

I love the creativity here Rick and it certainly does make for a more interesting image. Because of its originality I cannot offer any changes/additions for its improvement. Well done.
BTW do you prefer Rick to Richard? I notice you use it sometimes, I ask since I dislike Barb which I am called on occasion. |
