I do agree about the depth of field, I thought when I took it that I wanted to emphasise the FG, but I was wrong. I did try a darker bowl when I first set it up but it was too dark overall and I rather liked the shadows of the cherries in the bowl. |

Another fun image. Do I see your reflection in the spoon? I have to say NIck that most of us would be content to take/make the image of the sundae but you always add that fillip of interest, in this image the checkered base. Well done! |

The Monochrome looks as though it was correct for this image, (would like to have seen the B4). You have caught the man with such expression that one feels that one can read his mind. The lettering to the R & L coud be cloned out as well as the letttering above his head. But overall Phil a super image. |

Forgive the mirth Pete, but I am laughing to myself when you spoke of a dreamy feeling, the way his legs are moving I would rather see it as running from a nightmare! |

Your story of the Drum Circle enhances the visual image. The sharpening is good and there is still some hand/drum movement and the BG is nicely improved |

David it isn't that I don't like it, I think it is an excellent idea, but the majority of it is blurred and I can't focus on it. The only part that I can see clearly is the bottom few steps. I liked the August image, that had a deliberate amount of motion/movement to it but this one is not enough to be intentional. I am sure there are those that will disagree heartily with me, but I speak as I see it.
I have to say that I am one of your most ardent fans I cannot begin to recount the number of PSA'ers to whom I have referred your pages; having said that I hope you will take this critique with munificent understanding. |

it's a sweet image Rick and you did get down to her level which is important when taking pics of children. |

David I admire your work so much I can hardly believe I am negative on this one. I am sure it has some rarefied qualities that I can't see but it hurts my eyes to look at it. |

Certainly an image that is so ordinary in our lives that we might fall to see it industrious Good thinking Tim. The skin colours need to be toned down; it's probably a reflection of the lighting but it does take away from the overall scene. |

Such an interesting and different shot--taken from the air, and such a great composition. I have cropped off the two men from the RH side to make it a little tighter and used clone to eliminate the two objects on the bottom, added a stroke since I think it makes our images stand out a little more from our black site. Hope you will take my adjustments in good faith, |

A good storyteller, the girl taking a picture of the balloon seller, and so colourful. |

This is so well composed and the colours so stunning;the history of the church(and would like to have learned more of its history)adds to the conception of the image. I cannot imagine that a monochrome would have added to it. |

Such an interesting and beautiful shot Larry that becomes an abstract and something that few of us, myself included, would not readily see. Well done. |
