Probably insignificant, although I like the sky and the reduced number of boxes, the newspapers on the ground beside the box makes up a triangle and to my eye its doesn't fit; perhaps moving the papers closer together would be to me less stilted. |

Yes Rich, I find Oliver's crop spot on, it makes for a wonderful abstract image and no particular subject reference is necessary here. Good work. |

Another great imaginative image Nick. I believe you copied the mother chicken to make the chicks, but not worry it makes a fun image, and I wonder how those chickens got out into that part of the country! Ann behind the wheel is good and you chose a marvellous setting, as always Nick--so clever! |

Nice job John, the only thing I could add is to give the sky a little push as Oliver has done. |

I like the derelict mailboxes they in themselves tell a story but I tend to agree that there are too many of them. The house is fascinating, the more I look the more I like it and the murky sky emphasises the bleakness. Rich offers some interesting ideas |

The starkness of this image is what I think makes it appealing. One thing I would like to see is that bit of railing to the man's R brought out slightly more, as it is he is ready to fill off into space. One very small detail, the window panel line that comes into his shoulder could be removed. Having said that I would hasten to add it is a fine image beautifully done. |
